dc.description.abstract	Teoretická část této práce pojednává především o výchovných stylech a metodách. Jednotlivé základní metody výchovy jsou rozebírány z perspektivy autoritativního a demokratického vychovatele a tyto názory jsou konfrontovány. Dále je zdůrazněna důležitost autority rodiče při výchově dětí a v neposlední řadě také komunikace mezi rodičem a dítětem. Praktická část pak obsahuje vlastní kvantitativní výzkum, zaměřený na přenos výchovných stylů z jedné generace na druhou. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit, jakou roli v tomto přenosu hraje věk rodičů nebo jejich vzdělání.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theoretical part of this work firstly discusses the educational styles and methods. Individual basic educational methods are examined from the authoritative and democratic educator's point of view and these opinions are compared. Further, the importance of parents' authority during the children upbringing and the communication between parents and child are emphasized. The practical part includes own quantitative research focused on the transfer of the educational styles from one generation to another. The aim of the research is to determine the role of parents' age or education within this transfer.	en
