Bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací zaměstnanců na Záchranné službě ve Vsetíně a je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se zabývá motivací obecně, motivačními teoriemi, vnitřní a vnější motivací a systémem odměňování. Praktická část obsahuje informace o firmě a průzkum motivace pracovníků, který je stěžejní částí práce. Průzkum se koná na základě dotazníku, rozhovoru a pozorování. |
