dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na oblast bezdomovectví a postupy uplatňované při řešení protiprávních jednání ze strany Policie ČR. Všímá si obecného dělení typu osob bez obydlí a problémů, které každodenně ovlivňují jejich životní osudy. Na druhé straně jsou popsány přístupy Policie ČR, které v mnoha případech selhávají. Taktéž je zmíněn vztah mezi institucemi zabývajícími se danou oblastí. V praktické části byly provedeny řízené rozhovory s několika bezdomovci a průzkum u policistů formou dotazníkového šetření. Na základě získaných empirických dat byly navrženy možné postupy, s cílem zlepšení efektivnosti prováděných opatření a celkového pochopení vzájemných sociálních vztahů a interakcí.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelors thesis deals with the phenomenon of homelessness and with the methods of the Police of the Czech Republic used to solve of lawless acts. It notes the general division of types the people without a regular home or dwelling and also the problems affecting their daily life stories. The next part of work describes the approaches of the police in homeless crimes and offences, which in many cases fall. There is also mentioned the relationship between the organizations that deal with this issue. The practical part of thesis is about the gathering data from several homeless people and police officers. For this survey the methods of inteview and questionnaires were used. Based on the empirical data were suggested possible methods to improve the implemented measures effectiveness and the overall understanding of the mutual relations of social interaction.	en
