dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vymezením pojmů a teoretických východisek z oblasti pedagogické profese ve vztahu k edukačnímu procesu vzdělávání budoucích řidičů, vymezení legislativního rámce, průběhu a specifik realizace teoretické a praktické výuky v současných autoškolách. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na oblast identifikace a analýzy syndromu vyhoření u učitelů autoškol v kroměřížském regionu. Předkládaný kvantitativní výzkum byl realizován metodou dotazníkového šetření u vybraných pedagogů. Závěrečné zpracování a vyhodnocení získaných dat, včetně jejich následné analýzy a interpretace, je doplněno o sumarizační shrnutí a doporučení pro praxi.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine the terms and theoretical resources regarding the area of teaching profession in relation to the educational procedure of future drivers' training; to define the legislative framework and to specify the process and implementation of theoretical and practical tuition in the current driving schools. The practical part is focused on the identification and analysis of the burnout syndrom among teachers of the driving schools in the region of Kroměříž. The submitted quantitative research was carried out on the basis of questionnaire survey of selected teachers. Final processing and evaluation of the acquired data, including thein subsequent analysis and interpretation, is accompanied with a summary and recommendations to be used in practice.	en
