Nizozemsko má specifický systém dětských volnočasových center, který se v posledních letech rozšířil, aby plně pokryl poptávku ze strany rodičů. Každá z jednotlivých institucí klade o něco odlišné požadavky na pedagogické pracovníky. Cílem této práce je zjistit, nakolik tyto nároky ovlivňují pedagogy a jejich přístup k pedagogické činnosti, zejména nakolik je pracovní nasazení ovlivněno délkou pracovního úvazku. Zkoumá vliv typu pra-covního úvazku na vztahy s dětmi, komunikaci s rodiči a vztahy se spolupracovníky. Záro-veň zkoumá vliv pracovního tlaku a stresu, společně s motivací na pracovní nasazení, a zda zde jsou odlišnosti mezi pracovníky na plný úvazek a pracovníky na zkrácený úvazek. Ve zkoumaném vzorku dotazovaných nebyl prokázán vliv pracovního úvazku na pracovní výkon. |

The Netherlands has a specific system of after school clubs which extended in last few years. Every institution make different demands on playworkers. The aim of this work is to find how these demands affect playworkers and their attitude towards their pedagogic work, particularly how important the duration of working hours is on labour performance. I researched the influence from different working hours on the relationship with childeren, communication with the parents and collegues. I also did research of the influence of workload, stress and motivation on the labour performance and if there is a difference be-tween fulltime and parttime employees. The research has proven that there is no influence of the working hours on the labour per-formance. |
