V bakalářské práci se zabývám motivací sociálně slabých rodin prostřednictvím činnosti občanského sdružení Jordánek. Teoretická část je rozdělena na tři kapitoly. První charakterizuje základní typy rodiny, její funkci a význam pro vývoj dítěte. Dále popisuje právní normy vztahující se k rodině a dítěti. Tématem druhé kapitoly je sociálně slabá rodina, možné příčiny jejího sociálního oslabení a dopadu tohoto jevu na dítě, jehož pozitivní vývoj může být ohrožen. Uvádím možnosti intervence při resocializaci a obnově přirozené rovnováhy rodinného prostředí prostřednictvím sanace rodiny. Třetí kapitola definuje motivaci a její faktory, popisuje význam motivačního systému pro život jedince, jsou zde uvedeny některé metody, které využívá sociální pedagogika pro motivaci sociálně slabých rodin. Praktická část popisuje a na základě několika kazuistik hodnotí činnost občanského sdružení Jordánek. |

This bachelor's degree dissertation deals with motivating socially weak families through activities of Jordánek, a civic association. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first one depicts the basic types of family, its functions and significance for the development of the child. It also describes the legal regulations concerning the family and the child. The topic of the next chapter is the socially weak family, the possible causes of its social weakness and the impact this phenomenon exerts upon the child, whose positive development may thus be endangered. I mention the possibilities of intervention in order to facilitate resocialisation and restoration of the natural balance of the family environment by means of family rehabilitation. Chapter three then defines the motivation and its factors, describes the importance of motivation system for the life of an individual, lists certain methods employed by social pedagogy to motivate socially weak families. The practical part describes and, on the grounds of several case studies, assesses the activities of civic association Jordánek. |
