Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh zavedení controllingu do společnosti XYZ, a.s. Ab-sence controllingu v této společnosti byla ,,jakousi" výzvou k výběru tohoto tématu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí: teoretická část a praktická část. V teoretické části budou popsá-ny základní pojmy, týkající se oblasti controllingu, ze kterých bude vycházet praktická část. Základem praktické části budou interní a externí analýza společnosti XYZ, a.s., a analýza současného stavu controllingu, které poskytnou klíčové informace pro další vývoj práce. Samotný projekt implementace controllingu a začlenění pozice controllera s výčtem úkolů, odpovědnosti a pracovní náplně bude ukončen výčtem rizik, výhod a bude zhodnocen z hlediska efektivnosti a nákladovosti. Nebude chybět časový harmonogram. V závěru di-plomové práce bude zhodnocena celá práce jako komplex. |

The aim of this thesis is to propose the introduction of controlling of company XYZ, a.s. Controlling absence in this company was, "sort of" challenge to the selection of this theme. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts concerning the controlling of which will be based on practical part of the rock. Practical parts contains internal and external analysis of XYZ, a.s., and analysis of the contemporary state of controlling, that provide key information for further development work. The project itself Controlling Implementation and integration of positi-on controller with a list of tasks, responsibilities and job descriptions will be completed listing the risks, benefits, and will be evaluated in terms of efficiency and cost. Will not miss the schedule. In conclusion, the thesis all thesis will be evaluate as a komplex. |
