dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na seniory a možnosti jejich dalšího vzdělávání. V první kapitole teoretické části seznamuji čtenáře se základními pojmy jako je senior, stárnutí nebo stáří. Druhá kapitola je výčtem některých nemocí a zdravotních obtíží, které mohou seniorům znepříjemňovat život. Další kapitola nastiňuje význam vzdělávání u seniorů, jeho funkce a cíle. V následující kapitole je porovnání ve vzdělávání dospělých se vzděláváním seniorů. Pátá kapitola ukazuje na důležitost při podpoře ve vzdělávání seniorů od rodiny a společnosti. Poslední kapitola čtenářům předkládá možnosti vzdělávání seniorů v různých organizacích a institucích. Praktická část je zaměřena na Univerzitu třetího věku ve Zlíně a její posluchače, kde na základě provedeného výzkumu zjišťuji jejich spokojenost se studi-em.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma essay is aimed to seniors and their further education. In the first chapter of the theory part I introduce terms as senior, getting old or old age. Second chapter is a description some of the illnesess and health problems seniors can have and which can make their life more difficult. Another charter talks about the meaning of senior's education, its functions and aims. In next chapter, there is a comparison between adult ś and senior ś education. The fifth chapter shows the importace of support with seniorś education within the family and the society. The last charter offers the opportunities for seniors to get an education in various institutions and organisations. My practice part is about The third age University in Zlin and their members, where I- based on my research- try to find out thein satisfaction with thein studies.	en
