dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce popisuje mobbing a bossing jako současný jev, jenž se dnes vyskytuje u celé řady zaměstnavatelů. Dále popisuje zdravotní, sociální a psychické dopady, jejichž nepříjemnou stránku tento fenomén přináší. V poslední části této práce se věnuji zejména právní úpravě tohoto příkoří, jež zákon vstoupila v platnost bohužel až v posledních letech. Výše zmíněná zákonná ustanovení zde vystupují, jako legislativní způsob řešení. Působí jak z hlediska prevence výše zmíněných jevů, a podporuje morální odsouzení jako takové.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis describes mobbing and bossing as the current phenomenon that now occurs in a wide range of employers. It also describes the medical, social and psychological effects which this unpleasant page of this phenomenon brings. In the last part of this work I pay particular attention to legislation. Legislation came into force, unfortunately, in recent years. The aforementioned rules are acting as legislative solutions. Active both in terms of preventing the above-mentioned phenomena, and supports the moral conviction as such.	en
