Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kvalitou života seniorů v Domově pro seniory Lukov. Zaměřuje se na standardy kvality sociální služby, a to především na standard o ochraně práv seniorů a standard, který se zaměřen na stížnosti na kvalitu nebo způsob poskytování služby. Prakticky se práce snaží zhodnotit situaci, týkající se těchto standardů, a to pomocí dotazníku, který vyplnili klienti a zaměstnanci Domova pro seniory Lukov. |
