dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se věnuje postojům pracovníků v Dětském centru Zlín k romským dětem. Teoretická část se zabývá původem Romů, romskou mentalitou. Romské dítě je popsáno z hlediska jeho charakteru a identity. Dále jsou srovnány rozdíly mezi romským a nerom-ským dětstvím. V závěru teoretické části jsou popsána doporučení pro výchovu romských dětí a důvody časté ústavní výchovy. Cílem praktické části je zjistit, zda pracovníci zaujímají po celou dobu praxe s romskými dětmi stejný postoj. Nebo zda jsou ovlivňováni průběhem získávání zkušeností. dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis is about attitudes of workers to Gipsy children in the Children's Centre Zlin. The theoretical part deals with the origin of Gipsy and their mentality. Gipsy child is described in terms of its character and identity. Further compares this work the differences between Gipsy and non-Gipsy childhood. In conclusion of the theoretical part are hereafter described recommendations for the education of Gipsy children and reasons for frequent institutional care. The aim of the practical part is to determine whether the workers cover the same attitude during the whole experience with Gipsy children, or if they are influenced by gaining new experience. I'm searching for the answer how Gipsy children are perceived and understood in research.	en
