Bakalářská práce přibližuje pohled na současnou rodinu, ve které je poskytována podpora a pomoc lidem, kteří se v důsledku dlouhodobé nemoci, zdravotního postižení či stáří ocitli závislí na pomoci jiné fyzické osoby. Ukazuje roli pečující osoby, pozitiva i negativa domácí péče. Popisuje poradenství a podporu ze strany pomáhajících profesí, zejména sociálního pedagoga. Upozorňuje na nebezpečí moci a další úskalí vzniklé v rámci vztahu pomáhání. V praktické části představuje sociální a právní aspekty vývoje sociálních dávek před přijetím zákona o sociálních službách a po jeho účinnosti. |

The bachelor?s thesis brings a view of the contemporary family in which support and aid is rendered to people who have become dependent on other person?s help in consequence of their illness, disablement or age. It defines the role of a caring person, the pros and cons of the home care. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the consultancy and support carried out by the associated professions, namely by the social consultant. It draws attention to the danger of power and further difficulties arising from the mutual interaction. The practical part presents the social and legal aspects of the changes in social benefits in the period of time before the Act on Social Benefits came into force as well as the contemporary state under the regulation pursuant this Act. |
