dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá odměnami a tresty při výchově v rodině, zaměřuje se na jejich možné negativní důsledky. Analyzuje rizika, která dětem v důsledku používání těchto výchovných prostředků rodiči hrozí. Práce dále nastiňuje alternativní metody výchovy, které děti vedou k osvojení si žádoucích postojů. Výzkumná část zjišťuje, zda jsou si rodiče vědomi rizik vyplývajících z používání trestů a odměn ve výchově. Jsou zkoumány postoje a názory rodičů na odměny a tresty. Práce je určena rodičům, budoucím matkám a otcům, pedagogům a vychovatelům, kterým může pomoci k tomu, aby se zamysleli i nad negativními důsledky odměn a trestů.	cs
