Bakalářská práce se zabývá filozofií alternativních trestů a opatření a jejich podstatou. Popisuje jednotlivé druhy alternativních trestů, alternativy k potrestání a procesní alternativy k tradičnímu trestnímu řízení a způsob jejich výkonu. Dále vysvětluje podstatu probace a mediace, popisuje vznik Probační a mediační služby u nás a činnost této služby u jednotlivých alternativních trestů. Jejím cílem je zjistit, zda jsou alternativní tresty soudy efektivně ukládány a odsouzenými využívány. Nakonec uvádí předpoklady zefektivnění alternativních trestů vzhledem ke změnám, které přináší od 1. 1. 2010 nový trestní zákoník. |

Theses is occupied with philosophy of alternative punishments and arrangements basically. It describes individual kinds of alternative punishments, alternatives to punishments, processional alternatives to traditonal prosecution and form of their execution. Then explains basis of probation and mediation, it describes the beginning of Probation and Mediation service in the Czech Republic and activity of this service by individual alternative punishments. The purpose of theses is to find out whether courts sentence alternative punishments effectively and used by sentenced persons. Finally it mentions premises of more effective of alternative punishments visavis changes that the amendments of penal code bring from 1. 1. 2010. |
