Cílem práce bylo upozornit na netradiční a méně známá přírodní sladidla jako je steviosid, hernandulcin, taumatin, glycyrrhizin a další. Vedle těchto má poukázat i na uměle vyrobená sladidla. Práce má navrhnout alternativní rostlinné zdroje pro diabetiky a pro nemocné trpící nadváhou a obezitou. |
