dc.description.abstract	Rodina, rodiče a jejich rodičovské role jsou tématem této bakalářské práce. Rodičovské role pohledem genderového hlediska jsou rozebírány v teoretické části z více okruhů. První okruh objasňuje tématiku genderu. Další okruh se věnuje vývoji pohledu na role v rodině. Rodičovství a role matek a otců jsou následně více popsány v závěru teoretické části. Jak rodiče přistupují k sobě navzájem, jaký přístup používají k dětem a jaké jsou tedy jejich rodičovské role, poté analyzuje praktická část ve svém výzkumu. Výzkum tedy zjišťuje, jestli se odráží nové přístupy genderového pohledu na současných rodičích ve Zlínském kraji.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Family, parents and their parental role are subject of this bachelor writing. Parental role from sight of gender point of view are analyzed in theoretical part from several ranges. First range relate the gender theme. Another range is devote to development of parental roles in family. Parenting and mother's and father's role are further more described at the end of theoretical part. How parents approach to each other, which approach they have with children and what are their parental roles are analysed in research part. The research then detecting, if a new attitudes of gender point of view has been reflected on contemporary parents in Zlin region.	en
