Hrozková Libuše. Postoje společnosti k fyzickým i psychickým trestům dětí. Bakalářská práce. Univerzita Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně, Fakulta humanitních studií, Institut mezioborových studií Brno, 2010. Teoretická část bakalářské práce vymezuje pojem výchova, popisuje různé výchovné styly a význam užíváním odměn a trestů při výchově dětí. Vyjmenovává jednotlivé druhy fyzických a psychických trestů, věnuje se problematice týrání dětí a Posttraumatické stresové poruše. V praktické části byly zjišťovány názory na užívání fyzických a psychických trestů při výchově dětí a postoje společnosti k navrhované legislativní změně, tedy zákazu užívání fyzických trestů do českého práva. |

Hrozková Libuše. Attitudes of the Society to the Physical and Psychological Punishment of Children. Bachelor work. University of Tomáš Baťa in Zlín, Faculty of Humanities, Institute of Interdisciplinary Studies Brno, 2010. The theoretical part the bachelor work defines the term nurture, describes various styles of nurture and the value of using rewards and punishment during the upbringing of children. It names individual kinds of physical and psychological punishment; it deals with the problems of abuse of children and posttraumatic stress disorder. In the practical part opinions on the usage of physical and psychological punishment during the upbringing of children and the attitudes of the society to the suggested legislative change, thus prohibition of using the physical punishment into the Czech law, were found out. |
