Jako téma bakalářské práce jsem si zvolil: ,,Ochrana dětí před syndromem CAN z pohledu SPOD". Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, v první, teoretické části, je vymezen pojem syndrom CAN, taktéž základní dělení jeho forem, příčiny týrání, zneužívání. Ve druhé kapitole jsou charakterizované některé důležité právní normy, chránící práva a oprávněné zájmy dětí. V poslední kapitole teoretické části je charakteristika oddělení sociálně-právní ochrany dětí a také činnost sociálních pracovníků začleněných v oddělení sociálně-právní ochrany dětí na obecních úřadech. V praktické části byly zpracovány kazuistiky případů řešených OSPOD se zdůrazněním na způsob řešení konkrétního případu z jejich pohledu. |

As a thesis topic I chose: "Protecting children from the CAN syndrome from the perspective of the SPOD" . The work is divided into two parts, first, theoretical part, the definition of syndrome, also a basic division of its forms, causes of maltreatment, abuse. The second chapter is characterized by some important legal standards protecting the rights and legitimate interests of children. In the last chapter one department is characteristic socio-legal protection of children and social workers also work included in the department of social and legal protection of children in municipal offices. The practical part of the case reports of cases handled used interviews with emphasis on the way to solving a particular case from their perspective. |
