Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vzdělávání odsouzených ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Snahou bylo nahlédnout do této problematiky a přinést obraz o tom, jaké možnost vzdělání vězeňská služba ČR odsouzeným nabízí, a nastínít i dalši možnost vzdělání, které lze využít i ve věznicích kde není zřizeno ŠVS. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části jsem se zabýval účelem a funkcí výkonu trestu a Programen zacházení. Dále jsem se zaměřil na popis vývoje vzdělávacího systému VSČR. Vpraktické části jsem pomocí výzkumné sondy ověřoval stanovené hypotézy, které měl výzkum buď potvrdit, nebo vyvrátit. Z výsledků výzkumu je patrno, že značná část odsouzených má zájem se dále ve výkonu trestu vzdělávat. |

The bachelor thesis deals with the problems of education of convicts in the term of imprisonment. The main was to demonstrate the options which can be offered to the convicts by the prison system in the Czech Republic and outline further education possibilities which can be utilized also in prisons where ŠVS is not established. The thesis consists of two parts ? theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part I dealt with the purpose and the function of the term of punishment as well as the Programme of treatment. Next, I concentrated on the description of the process of education within the Prison Management in the Czech Republic. In the practical part I used research probes to verify given hypotheses which were to be either confirmed or disproved by the research. The research results show that a considerable percentage of the convicts are interested in being further educated while in the term of imprisonment. |
