Bakalářská práce se zabývá činností Československé lidové armády, Armády České republiky a postavením žen v různých armádách. Tedy nejen v naší, ale i v jiných zemích NATO. Cílem je popsat činnost Armády České republiky, její hlavní úkoly, které plní v rámci legislativních norem. Práci tvoří 3 hlavní oblasti. První kapitola vysvětluje vznik Československé republiky a její armády. Druhé kapitola se zabývá uplatněním žen v armádách NATO. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na ženy Armády České republiky, rovné příležitosti v resortu Ministerstva obrany, NATO a EU. Čtvrtá, praktická kapitola, zjišťuje názory a postoje vojákyň k problematice uplatnění žen v Armádě České republiky. |

The bachelor's thesis deals with the activity of the Czechoslovak People's Army, the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic and role of women in various armies, i.e. not only in our army but also in other NATO armies. The objective is to describe the activity of the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic and their main tasks, which are fulfilled within legislative regulations. The thesis consists of three main fields. The first chapter explains the foundation of the Czechoslovak Republic and its army. The second one deals with exercise of women in the NATO armies. The third chapter concentrates on women in the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic and equal chances within the Ministry of Defence, NATO and EU. The fourth chapter, practical one, presents the opinions of woman soldiers on the issue of woman exercise in the Army of the Czech Republic. |
