Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématikou komunikace v práci porodní asistentky. Teoretická část popisuje komunikaci obecně, její druhy, funkci a význam. Zabývá se komunikací verbální i neverbální. Popisuje prvky efektivní komunikace tj. naslouchání, empatie, asertivitu, rozhovor Zaměřuje se na psychosomatiku v gynekologii a porodnictví, komunikační bariéry a komunikaci s otcem na porodním sále. V praktické části výzkum prováděný na oddělení šestinedělí v Krajské nemocnici Tomáše Bati zjišťuje, jak probíhá komunikace mezi porodní asistentkou a její klientkou. Dále zjišťuje jaké problémy jsou v komunikaci, z jaké příčiny a co považují klientky v komunikaci s porodní asistentkou za důležité a co za nedůstojné. |

This thesis deals with the topic of communication typical for work of midwives. The theoretical part describes the communication in general, its types, function and significance. It depicts verbal and nonverbal communication. It describes elements of effective communication, i.e. listening, empathy, assertiveness, interview It focuses on psychosomatics in gynecology and obstetrics, barriers of communication and communication with his father in the delivery room. The practical part of the research conducted at the Department of confinement in the hospital of Tomas Bata is examining specifics of communication between the midwife and her client. It also investigates what are the problems in communication and what these problems cause and what clients consider as important or as demeaning behaviour in communication with the midwife. |
