Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zmapovat a popsat vyskytující se zátěžové situace a stresy, kterými jsou hasiči u zásahů, ale také v řídících funkcích vystaveni, a jaká nebezpečí v podobě psychických problému a traumat mohou pro tyto lidi znamenat. A v návaznosti na zjištěné skutečnosti navrhnout optimální řešení daného problému, ale také skutečné pomoci, ať již ze strany psychologické služby u HZS nebo jiné pomáhající organizace. Dále jsem se při práci na bakalářské práci setkal se spoustou zajímavých lidí, kteří mi věnovali svůj čas a přinesli spoustu poznatků. |

The aim of this thesis was to map and describe the occurring stress situations and stress, which firefighters are at the intervention, but also in managerial positions are exposed, and what danger of mental health problems and injuries can mean to these people. And in response to findings of fact to propose an optimal solution to the problem, but also a real help, whether by psychological services at the Fire and Rescue Brigade and other assisting organizations. Then I work on thesis met many interesting people who gave me their time and brought a lot of knowledge. |
