Diplomová práce se zabývá zkoumáním vlivu chráněných dílen na rozvoj a seberealizaci mentálně postižených osob. Má dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část vymezuje pojmy jako je zdravotní znevýhodnění, mentální retardace, socializace, vzdělávání osob s mentálním postižením a jejich uplatnění na trhu práce, činnost a význam chráněných dílen. Poznatky se opírají o odbornou literaturu, která je součástí seznamu. Cílem praktické části je zpracování získaných dat, která by pomohla objasnit, v čem spočívá vliv chráněných dílen Slunečnice na rozvoj a seberealizaci mentálně postižených zaměstnanců. |

This thesis examines the impact of sheltered workshops for the development and fulfillment, mentally disabled persons. It has two parts: theoretical and practical ones. The theoretical part defines terms such as medical handicaps, mental retardation, socialization and education of persons with intellectual disabilities and their market of work and the importance of sheltered workshops. The findings are based on the literature, which is part of the list. The aim of the practical part is data processing, which would help clarify the impact of sheltered workshop called Sunflower development and fulfillment of mentally disabled workers. |
