Diplomová práce pojednává o sociologických prvcích v řízení práce s lidskými zdroji v organizacích v průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti. Řeší se zde sociologické a psychologické prvky v řízení personalistiky a vzájemný vliv těchto prvků na výkonnost zaměstnance v organizaci. V práci je uvedena taktika výběru lidských zdrojů na rizikové pozice a definována charakteristika požadavků na nové zaměstnance. Součástí je rozbor technik diagnostiky vhodnosti konkrétní použitelnosti lidského zdroje a specifikace jednotlivých fází výběrového řízení. Objasněn je význam personalistiky v průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti a poukazuje na její význam a efektivitu při správném řízení lidských zdrojů v organizacích. Zpracován je řídící manuál pro práci manažerů v průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti v personální oblasti. |

The thesis deals with the sociological elements in the management of human resources management in organizations in the commercial security industry. This work focuses on sociological and psychological elements of human resources management and mutual influence of these elements on the performance of employees in the organization. The work is presented tactic selection of human resources positions at risk and defining the characteristics of demand for new employees. The analysis of the suitability of specific diagnostic techniques, application of human resources and the specifications of the tender stages. Clarification of the importance of human resources in the commercial security industry and highlights its importance and effectiveness of proper management of human resources in organizations. Processing control is a manual for managers working in the commercial security industry in the personnel area. |
