dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce na téma Náhradní rodinná výchova a její možnosti je zaměřena na problematiku náhradní rodinné péče v České republice. Stručně charakterizuje existující formy náhradní péče. Podrobněji popisuje především pěstounskou péči, její možnosti a aktuální problémy. Přibližuje činnost státu v této oblasti a také zapojení neziskových organizací do systému. Teoretické poznatky jsou v empirické části porovnány s názory pěstounů na systém a fungování pěstounské péče. Součástí práce je i krátký průzkum s vlastními závěry, které ukazují na aktuální problémy spojené s výkonem pěstounské péče.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis with the theme ?Surrogate family care and its posibilities? is aimed to problemacy of the surrogate family care in the Czech Republic. It briefly characterizes so far existing problems of the surrogate care. One topic being depicted in more details is the foster care, its possibilities and current problems. Further it describes the work done by the government as well as involvement of non-profit making organizations (NGO) in this field. Theoretical pieces of knowledge are in the empirical part of the thesis compared to opinions given by foster parents regarding the system itself and running of the foster care. Integral part of the thesis is an observation which results enable me to come with my own conclusions pointing at the actual problems connected to implementing of the foster care in practise.	en
