Tato bakalářská práce prezentuje výsledky finanční analýzy podniku GEOSTAV, s.r.o Cílem této práce bylo poskytnout informace o celkové finanční situaci podniku, o jejím vývoji v letech 1999 - 2004 a pokusit se navrhnout určitá opatření pro zlepšení výchozího stavu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou popsány zdroje, účel, postu-py a metody finanční analýzy. Praktická část obsahuje stručné představení firmy, její zamě-ření a strategii. Následuje vypracování finanční analýzy složené z absolutních, rozdílových, poměrových a souhrnných ukazatelů a jejich srovnání v časové řadě, s doporučenými hod-notami a hodnotami konkurence. Závěrečná část pak obsahuje zhodnocení zjištěných vý-sledků včetně návrhů a doporučení pro další činnost podniku. |

This bachelor work presents results of a financial analysis of the company GEOSTAV, Ltd. The purpose of this work was giving information about all financial situation of the com-pany, about its development in years 1999 - 2004 and trying to suggest some specific pre-caution for improving the initial situation. The work is devided into two parts. In the theo-retic part sources, a purpose, processes and methods of a financial analysis are described. The analytical part includes a short introduction of the company, along with an outline of its production orientation and company strategy. Then follows a financial analysis con-sisting of the examination of absolute, differential, proportional and aggregate indexes. Make their comprison in time seires, with recommended values and values of competition. Final part contains valorizing of finding results inclusiv of proposals and recommandations for next company activities. |
