dc.description.abstract	Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám narozením dítěte se zdravotním postižením. V teoretické části této problematiky se budu věnovat procesu, kterým matka dítěte prochá-zí, faktorům, které tento proces ovlivňují včetně systému rané péče. Zaměřím se na komu-nikaci zdravotníků s rodiči dítěte. Poukáži na potřebnost lidského rozměru a citlivého pří-stupu v této problematice. Praktická část se opírá o polostrukturované rozhovory se čtyřmi ženami, jejichž dítě se narodilo s postižením. Soustřeďuje se na subjektivní prožitky žen v raném stadiu této životní situace a na jejich zkušenosti v oblasti zdravotní a rané péče. Doplňující úlohu mají rozhovory se dvěma odborníky ? lékařem a speciálním pedagogem. Cílem této bakalářské práce je poukázat na nejčastěji opomíjené potřeby rodičů záhy po narození dítěte s postižením a navrhnout obecná i konkrétní opatření, která by mohla rodičům pomoci v této náročné situaci.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	In my thesis I concern myself with the birth of a child with disabilities. In the theo-retical part of this work I will address the process through which the chilďs mother is going and factors that influence this process including the system of early care. I will focus on communication between health workers and parents. I will point out the necessity of the human dimension and a sensitive approach to this matter. The partical part is based on interview with four women whose children were born with disabilities. It focuses on the subjective experiences of women in the early stage of this life situation and their experience in health care and early intervention. Complementary role play interviews with two experts ? a doctor and a special education teacher. The aim of this thesis is to highlight the often neglected needs of the parents soon after the birth of a disabled child, and propose general and specific measures that could help parents in this difficult situation.	en
