dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na genderovou problematiku a srovnání názorů a postojů na ni z pohledu žen a mužů. Z tohoto důvodu naleznete v teoretické části práce také historický pohled. Hlavním cílem teoretické části je ale popsaní situace, ve kterých se ženy a muži setkávají s genderovou problematikou. Proto je v práci kladen důraz na genderové stereotypy a situace, v kterých se během života vykytují. Práce se tak zaměřuje na dětství, soužití ženy a muže, postavení na trhu práce a v politice. V neposlední řadě se v práci věnuji politice rovných příležitostí a jejím možnostem. Součástí bakalářské práce je také praktická část s dotazníkovým průzkumem prováděným mezi občany města Velká Bíteš s cílem zodpovědět: Jaké jsou názory a odlišnosti v postojích žen a mužů k problematice genderové rovnosti?	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor paper?s thesis is comparing man and woman view and attitude to equality of gender. That is why I included description of the situation of women during the historical progression. But the main point of theoretical part of the work is a description of situation when women and men encountering gender problems. It is the reason why I accentuate gender stereotypes and situations where they appear during life. The work also focuses on childhood, couples life, situation like find the job or in the political life. Not least sense of my bachelor paper are possibilities which present political of equal rights. A part of work is practical with questionnaire survey, which is realize with citizens of Velká Bíteš. The task of survey is search the answer: What type of opinion and diversity is in man and women attitude to the equality of gender?	en
