dc.description.abstract	Teoretická část vychází z rozdělení dětského věku a následně také z problematiky zvládání nemoci v jednotlivých etapách vývoje dítěte. Další kapitola pojednává o psychických ná-sledcích nemoci u dítěte, kde je podrobněji nahlíženo na prožitek nemoci z pohledu samot-ného dítěte a jeho rodičů. Také se zmiňuji o užití facilitačních metod. Nastíněny jsou zde také možnosti komunikace s nemocným dítětem. Třetí kapitola se zabývá herní terapií, vy-mezením jejího pojmu, vznikem a vývojem této terapie, metodami práce a jejím vlivem na dětskou psychiku. Blíže specifikuje osobnost herního specialisty, jeho činnosti a kompe-tence. Cílem výzkumného šetření bylo zjistit, jak herní terapie působí na zlepšení zdravot-ního a psychického stavu hospitalizovaného dítěte. Dále pak zjistit jak je herní terapie úspěšná očima dětí, jejich rodičů a zdravotnického personálu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Its theoretical part grounds on the distribution of childhood, and consequently the problems of coping with the disease in various stages of child development. The next chapter deals with the psychological consequences of illness in a child, which is further seen in the experience of illness from the perspective of the child himself and his parents. The facilitation methods are outlined here as well. The possibilities of communication with the sick children is foreshadowed, too. The third chapter deals with play therapy, the definition of its concept, origins and development of treatment methods of work and its impact on children's psyche. I specifies playworker personality, its activities and competence. The main focus of the research work was to determine how play therapy works to improve health and mental condition of the hospitalized child. Second, determine how successful is play therapy through the eyes of children, their parents and medical staff.	en
