dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce pojednává o zvyšování efektivity formou reorganizace útvaru energetiky pomocí využití zásad procesního řízení. Cílem práce je na základě výsledků mapování čin-ností a jejich analýzy navrhnout co nejefektivnější opatření pro zlepšení současného stavu. První část práce se zaměřuje na teoretické poznatky související s problematikou procesního řízení, analýzu podnikových procesů a jejich softwarové podpory, poté se zabývá proble-matikou druhů organizačních struktur. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na charakteristiku podniku, analyzovaného oddělení energetiky a analýzu současného stavu procesů s využitím softwarové podpory ARIS. V závěru se práce věnuje návrhům změn pro zlepše-ní současného stavu, které vychází z výsledků analýz a spočívají v navrhnutí nové organi-zační struktury a způsobu řízení.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with improving efficiency through reorganization of the Energy Depart-ment means of using the principles of process management. The aim of work is to suggest the most effective measures for improving the current situation on the basis of the results of the mapping activities and the analysis. The first part deals with theoretical knowledge related to issues of process management, business process analysis and software support, then with type of organizational structure. The practical part focuses on the characteristics of the company and analyzed Energy Department and on the analysis of the current processes using the ARIS software support. In conclusion, the work is devoted to sugges-tions for improvement of the current condition which are derived from the results of analy-sis and consist of proposed new organizational structure and management mode.	en
