dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou nezaměstnanosti a zvládáním stresu v nezaměstnanosti. Nemalá část práce je věnována stresu a jeho zvládání. Samostatně je pak popsána problematika Locus of Control a dalších osobnostních charakteristik, které mají vliv na zvládání stresových situací. Součástí diplomové práce je dotazníkové šetření, které je zaměřeno na průzkum interního, nebo externího místa kontrol u nezaměstnaných v interakci k demografickým proměnným	cs
