Diplomová práce se zabývá konkrétními formami pomoci rodinám s dětmi v Centru pro rodinu a sociální péči Hodonín. Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit využívání nabízených služeb v zařízení, zmapovat úskalí, se kterými se potýkají odborní pracovníci v této oblasti a zjistit, jaké je povědomí občanů města Hodonína o neziskové organizaci Centrum pro rodinu a sociální péči Hodonín. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny důležité pojmy jako je rodina, funkce rodiny, sanace rodiny a popsány sociální služby, jejichž cílovou skupinou jsou děti, mládež do 26 let a rodina. Praktická část vychází z kvalitativního šetření, hlavními metodami sběru dat jsou rozhovor, dotazník a anketa. Získaná data jsou anylyzována a graficky znázorněna. Zjištěné informace mohou posloužit jako zpětná vazba pro pracovníky zařízení a mohou vést ke zkvalitnění péče o klienty. |

This thesis deals with specific forms of assistance to families with children at the Center for Family and Social Care in Hodonín. The aim of this thesis is to find the services offered on the facility, mapping difficulties of professionals in this area and find out what is the awareness of citizens of Hodonín nonprofit organization Center for Family and Social Care Hodonin. The theoretical part defines important terms such as family, family functions, redevelopment of the family and current problems of families. Additionally, there is social services, which target group is children and youth under 26 years of age and family. The practical part is based on qualitative research, the main methods of data collection are interview, questionnaire and survey. The information are analyzed and graphically illustrated. The finding information can be use as feedback for the staff, and may lead to higher quality care for clients. |
