Diplomová práce představuje koncept celoživotního učení, který zasazuje do rámce životní dráhy člověka v postmoderní společnosti. Pokouší se zachytit, jak podstatným způsobem ovlivňuje proces socializace, životní styl i kvalitu života. Zabývá se historií vzdělávání dospělých i významnými dokumenty, které formulují stěžejní myšlenky, směr a priority, se kterými je třeba pracovat při uvádění konceptu do života každého z nás. Výzkum v empirické části potvrzuje smysl a význam celoživotního učení a naznačuje, že pro sociální pedagogiku a sociální pedagogy jde o jedno ze zásadních témat. |

This thesis constitutes the concept of lifelong learning, which it puts into the framework of man's career in postmodern society. It tries to capture, to what extent is the lifestyle and quality of life influenced by the process of socialization. It deals with the history of education of adults as well as important documents that formulate core ideas, direction and priorities, which we need to work with during implementation of the concept into our lives. Research in the empirical part of this thesis confirms the meaning and importance of lifelong learning and suggests, that for social pedagogy and social educators, this is one of the major topics. |
