Být rodičem je jak radostná, tak i náročná životní etapa. Postoj k rodičovství je určován dle tradic, hodnot, vzdělání, věku, pohlaví, individuálních preferencí a cílů. Společně se zaměstnáním je rodina významnou součástí kvality života lidí. Práce se zabývá problematikou harmonizace rodinného a pracovního života z pohledu rodičů mající děti v předškolním věku. Pozornost je věnována postavení žen ve společnosti, genderové dělbě rolí, významu partnerství při slaďování rodiny a práce, přístupu zaměstnavatelů k rodičům a rodinné politice státu. V empirické části práce pomocí dotazníkového šetření a rozhovorů zjišťuji názory, postoje a potřeby rodičů na vybrané otázky týkající se rodičovství a zaměstnání. |

To be parent is both happy and demanding living period. The attitude to parenthood is determined tradition, values, education, age, gender, individual preferences and aims. Family together with work is significant part of people quality life. The attention is dedicated to the women position in the society, gender division of roles, the partnership importance during the harmonization of family and work, the employer attitude to parents and the family state policy. I have made a survey by questionnaire and interviews which probes the opinions, attitudes and needs of parents on the selected questions regarding parenthood and work in the practical part of the diploma thesis. |
