dc.description.abstract	Ústředním tématem předložené diplomové práce je postavení žen a mužů na trhu práce z hlediska rovných příležitostí. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části nejprve objasňuji postavení žen a mužů na trhu práce, dále se zaměřuji na vytváření rovných podmínek na trhu práce a značnou část práce věnuji i harmonizaci pracovních a rodinných povinností, která v současné v době představuje možnou cestu k řešení genderových nerovností na trhu práce. Praktická část je zaměřena na zkoumání vnímání rovných příležitostí žen a mužů na trhu práce ve Zlínském kraji.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the positon of women and men on the labour market in terms of equal opportunities. The diploma thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part I explain the position of women and men on labour market, I focus on creating equal opportunities on labout market and harmonize of work and family re-sponsibilities, which represents a possible way to address gender inequalities on the labor market at the time.
