dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice diskriminace starších osob, seniorů, dnes nazývána jako problematika ageismu. Teoretická část se zabývá nejprve charakterizováním období stáří, v dalších kapitolách se blíže zaměřuje na společenský problém ageismus a rovněž v další kapitole pojednává o moderních přístupech ke stáří. Cílem teoretické části diplomové práce je zaměřit se a objasnit si problematiku ageismu, hlavní příčiny a následky. Kapitola moderní přístupy ke stáří ukazuje období stáří jako možnost trávit tuto etapu aktivním stylem. Pojednává tedy o možnostech a nabídkách tohoto přístupu ke stáří. Cílem teoretické části je nabídnout koncept stávající se ze dvou protipólů ? ageismu a aktivního přístupu ke stáři. Praktická část zjišťuje, jaký je pohled lidí a jejich postoje v rámci přejímání ageistického způsobu chování a rovněž zjišťuje jejich náhled na aktuální možnosti aktivního stárnutí.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with problems of discrimination against on older people, seniors, today named as ageism. The theoretical part deals about old age, in other charter is focuses on the social problem of ageism, and in the next chapter deals with modern approaches to old age. The theoretical part of this thesis is focus and clarify the issues of ageism, the main causes and consequences. The chapter modern approaches to old age, show as an oportunity to spend this phase of active style. It discusses the possobilities and the offers this approach to old age. The aim is to provide the theoretical concept of two parts ? ageism and proactive approach to old age. The practical part finds what is the view of people and their attitudes to ageism behaviour and finds their preview on actual active style of aging.	en
