Tématem této diplomové práce jsou metody práce a agresivitou dětí v dětských domovech. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na agresi a agresivitu, na to co ji ovlivňuje a způsobuje. Poté v práci popisuji metody a postupy, jakými se dá agresivita zvládat. Poslední část teorie je věnována charakteristice dětského domova, kde se věnuji popisu základních funkcí a úloh DD. Cílem praktické části je zjistit, jaké metody používají vychovatelé v DD ke zmírnění agresivity u dětí a jaké mají vychovatelé s agresivitou zkušenosti. Výsledky praktické části mohou posloužit jako zpětná vazba vychovatelům, s kterými byl výzkum prováděn. |

The theme of this diploma work are methods of work with children's aggression in children's home. The theoretical part intents on aggression and aggressiviness and what influence and make it. Then I describe methods and procedures how to menage the aggression. The last part of the theory is devoted to characterization of children's home and to the description of basic functions and meaning of children's home. The aim of this practical part is to find which methods are using by schoolmasters in children's home for reducing of aggression by children and what kind of experiences with aggression they have. The results of the practical part should be use as a feedback for schoolmasters, with who I made the questionnaire survey. |
