Magisterská práce se zabývá zaváděním standardů kvality sociálních služeb a postoji zaměstnanců k vnitřním předpisům, které souvisí s implementací standardů kvality. Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá postavením sociálních služeb v systému sociálního zabezpečení, legislativním rámcem, podle kterého se řídí sociální služby a novými trendy v poskytování péče v rezidenčních službách. Stěžejním tématem celé práce je kvalita v sociálních službách. Účinným nástrojem pro zavádění kvality v sociálních službách jsou standardy kvality sociálních služeb. Jednotlivé standardy sledují kvalitu života každého, kdo využívá sociální služby. |

The diploma thesis deals with the introduction of quality standards of social services and with attitudes of employees to internal regulations related to implementation of these quality standards. The thesis being submitted deals with the position of social services in the social security system, with the legislative framework, which social services are governed by and with new trends in the provision of care in residential services. The principal subject of the whole work is the quality in social services. Standards of quality of social services are effective tool for the implementation of quality in social services. Particular standards trace the quality of life of everyone who uses social services. |
