dc.description.abstract	Tématem diplomové práce je gender a genderové stereotypy, jejich výskyt a vliv na socializaci člověka. Teoretická část je zaměřena na ujasnění pojmů genderové problematiky v souvislosti se socializací, s identitou a pohlavím, rolemi a vzděláváním. Druhá část se orientuje na genderové stereotypy ve společnosti, rodině a zaměstnání. Stěžejní část tvoří genderové stereotypy ve vzdělávacím procesu. Praktická část je věnována výzkumu, týkající se uvědomování si genderových stereotypů mužů a žen v rámci profesního vzdělávání. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit vliv genderových stereotypů na proces profesního vzdělávání u organizace.	cs

The teoretical part is focused on clarifying the concepts of gender in the context of social integration, with identity and gender roles and education.
