Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá efektivitou alternativních trestů z pohledu Probační a mediační služby. Cílem této práce je zjistit pohled pracovníků Probační a mediační služby České republiky na výkon alternativního trestu domácího vězení. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, na část teoretickou a část praktickou. První, teoretická část je členěna do tří kapitol. První kapitola je zaměřena na problematiku trestu a jeho účelu a na srovnání alternativních trestů s výkonem trestu odnětí svobody. Věnuje se pojmům pachatel a oběť trestného činu a také penitenciární a postpenitenciární péči. Druhá kapitola vymezuje pojem restorativní justice a podrobně rozebírá trest domácího vězení. Závěrečná kapitola představuje činnost Probační a mediační služby. Praktická část se věnuje metodologii výzkumu, ve které jsou charakterizovány jednotlivé výzkumné postupy. V této části je také popsána analýza a interpretace zjištěných dat. |

This thesis deals with the effectiveness of alternative sanctions in terms of the Probation and Mediation Service. The aim of this work is to view workers Probation and Mediation Service of the Czech Republic for the performance of alternative sentence of house arrest. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is focused on punishment and its purpose and on a comparison with the performance of alternative punishment of imprisonment. It deals with concepts of perpetrators and victims of crime and penal and after-care. The second chapter defines the concept of restorative justice and discusses in detail the punishment home-arrest him. The final chapter presents the work of the Probation and Mediation Service. The practical part is devoted to research methodology, which are characterized by different research methods. This section also describes the analysis and data interpretation. |
