dc.description.abstract	Úmluva o právech dítěte je mezinárodně právním dokumentem, který zakotvuje práva dítěte a spojuje různé kategorie lidských práv. Práva dítěte jsou v Úmluvě formulována od základních minimálních práv zabezpečujících jeho přežití, až po aktivní práva, která vyjadřují možnosti dítěte aktivně rozhodovat samo o sobě, v závislosti zejména na jeho věku. Tato práce se snaží objasnit proč je důležité, aby dítě nebylo pouze subjektem péče a ochrany, ale také subjektem občanských a politických práv. Zároveň se zamýšlí nad výchovným působením na děti v souvislosti s jejich právy.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Convention on the Rights of the Child is an international legal document, which enshrines the rights of the child and brings together various categories of human rights. Children's rights in the Convention are formulated from the basic minimum rights securing its survival to active rights that reflect the child's ability to actively make decisions by itself, especially depending on his age . The work seeks to clarify why it is important that a child would not be only a subject of care and protection but also a subject of the civil and politic laws. It also examines the educating of children in connection with their rights.	en
