dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na srovnání postojů žen a mužů k otázkám genderové problematiky. Empirickou část práce uvozuji teoretickými východis-ky, která objasňují, jak gender vzniká a jak ovlivňuje život lidí, jaké problémy na jeho základě mohou vznikat. Výzkumem se snažím zjistit, jaké jsou názorové postoje žen a mužů na danou oblast zkoumání a následně je porovnávám. Zajímá mně také, zda existuje mezigenerační rozdíl v názorech a jestli je pouze nepatrný nebo naopak diametrálně odlišný.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is focused on a comparison of male and female approaches to gender issues. The empirical part is led in by a theoretical layout, which explains the origin of gender, the ways it influences human lives and what problems can evolve on its bases. In the research itself I attempted to identify male and female opinions and attitudes towards gender, and I also attempted to compare them. I was also interested in comparing intergenerational differences in opinions and whether they were marginal or significant.	en
