dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice aktivizace a motivace seniorů v domově pro seniory v rámci služby Denního centra. Teoretická část je rozdělena do dvou hlavních kapitol. První kapitola pojednává o stáří a stárnutí, jejich charakteristice a přípravě na stáří. Druhá se zabývá rozborem základních pojmů týkajících se aktivizace seniorů, oblastí aktivizace, aktivizačních zásad a významu aktivizace. Na závěr je popsáno vzdělávání seniorů. Praktická část bakalářské práce zpracovává kvalitativní výzkum, který byl uskutečněn v Charitním domově Otrokovice. Cílem je zjistit situaci aktivizace seniorů a jejího chápání samotnými uživateli a pracovnicí.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	My bachelor?s thesis deals with problems of senior?s activation and motivation in the Home of Elderly People within the Day Service Centre. Theoretical part consists of two chapters. The first one deals with the problem of an old age, ageing preparation, ageing itself and their characteristic. The second chapter pays attention to analysis of key concepts referring to senior?s activation, the field of activation, the activation rules and their importance. Practical part of my bachelor?s thesis touches the problem of qualitative research of senior?s activation and motivation in the Charity Home in Otrokovice. The main aim of my practical part was to find and describe them and their perception and application by social workers and the elderly themselves.	en
