Bakalářská práce se zabývá integrací imigrantů do české společnosti, a to se zaměřením na konkrétní oblast integrace, kterou je práce u Policie České republiky. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy a objasněna skutečnost, že z historického hlediska nebyla společnost na území České republiky nikdy homogenní. Dále je zde věnována pozornost migraci, multikulturní společnosti a roli policie, kterou v takové společnosti zastává. Druhá část bakalářské práce je empirická, se zaměřením na integraci imigrantů mezi příslušníky Policie České republiky. Na výhody či obavy, které jsou se začleněním ?imigrantů? mezi příslušníky Policie České republiky spojené. |

Bachelor thesis deals with integration of immigrants into czech society, namely focusing on particular area of integration, which is work at the Police of Czech Republic. In theoretical part there are specified basic concepts and also claryfied fact, that from historical point of view the society in area of Czech Republic has never been homogeneous. Further attention is dedicated to migration, multicultural society and the role of police, which holds in that kind of society. Second part of Bachelor thesis is empirical with focus on integration of immigrants among members of Police of Czech Republic. On advantages or concerns, which are connected with incorporation of immigrants among members of Police of Czech Republic. |
