Tato bakalářská práce podává ucelený pohled na část vzdělávání příslušníků Celní správy České republiky, která se zabývá jejich přípravou v oblasti sebeobrany, taktiky a střelby. Cílem práce bylo přiblížení a vysvětlení této problematiky v celém rozsahu, v jakém je prováděna v rámci Celní správy České republiky. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na popis základních pojmů, na stručnou historii této oblasti vzdělávání v celní správě a stručný popis systému vzdělávání v celní správě. Dále pak obsahuje vymezení právního a metodického rámce oblasti, jíž se práce zabývá. Značná část teoretické části práce je zaměřena na popis a vysvětlení jednotlivých disciplín, které jsou v rámci výcviku prováděny. Na závěr teoretické části je pak popsán systém přezkušování v uvedené oblasti profesního vzdělávání celníků. Praktická část práce zahrnuje kvantitativní výzkum, který byl proveden na předem vybraném vzorku respondentů, kteří se výše uvedené oblasti profesní přípravy účastní. Pro tento výzkum byla zvolena dotazníková metoda, jejíž výsledky jsou rovněž obsaženy v praktické části práce. Cílem tohoto výzkumu bylo zjištění, jak celníci vnímají část jejich profesní přípravy zaměřenou na sebeobranu, taktiku a střelbu. Výsledky zjištěné tímto výzkumem budou nabídnuty příslušnému odboru vedení Celní správy České republiky, který metodicky řídí tuto oblast profesního vzdělávání celníků. |

This thesis presents a comprehensive look at the education section of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic, which deals with the preparation of self-defense tactics and shooting. The aim was to approach and explanation of this issue in its entirety, in which is conducted under the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part is focused on describing the basic concepts, the brief history of education in customs administration and a brief description of the system of education in customs administration. Furthermore, the definition includes legal and methodological framework of the area of the paper deals. Much of the theoretical part is focused on description and explanation of the various disciplines that are in the training conducted. To conclude the theoretical part is the testing system described in the field of vocational training of customs officers. Practical work includes quantitative research that was conducted on pre-selected sample of respondents who are above the training involved. For this research questionnaire method was chosen, the results are also included in the practical section. The aim of this research was to determine how they perceive customs of their training focused on self-defense tactics and shooting. The results found in this research will be offered to the department leadership Customs Administration of the Czech Republic, which methodically manages the area of vocational training of customs officers. |
