Lidé, kteří žijí, nebo hodlají žít v některé z forem partnerského svazku, by si měli být vědomi možných právních důsledků, které s sebou může ta či ona forma partnerského soužití přinést. Závažnost právních důsledků spojených s výběrem formy vzájemného soužití si někteří vůbec neuvědomují. Nezávisle na lidské vůli mohou nastat situace, které nebyly partnery ve volném svazku předvídány, ačkoliv předvídány být mohly. Přestože soužití v neformálních svazcích není v našem právním řádu definováno, stále více současné generace dává tomuto způsobu soužití přednost před manželstvím, které je přesně vymezeno legislativní úpravou a soužití v tradičním manželství tedy může partnerům žijícím o oficiálním svazku přinést při neočekávané události výhodu. |

People who live or intend to live in some formo f union partners should be aware of possible legal consequences that come with this or that can form a partnership to bring coexistence. The severity of the legal implications associated with the selection of forms of mutual co-existence, some are not aware of. Independently of human will, situations may arise that were not partners in the free volume predicted, although they can be anticipated. Although volumes in informal cohabitation is not defined by our legal systém, more and more present generation gives the preferred way of living together before marriage, which is precisely defined legal standard sond coexistence in a traditional marriage partners may thus living on the official bond yield unexpected events in advantage. |
