dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá podmínkami, které mohou zdravotně a tělesně postižení občané využivat ze systému státní sociální podpory. Pojednává o změnách v sociální politice, které nastaly změnou sociálního zákona. V práci jsem chtěla nastínit problémy, které vznikly lidem zdravotně a tělesně postiženým změnou sociálního systému. Jejich cesta je již tak nesnadným životem pro většinu těchto lidí a rodin ještě trnitější a složitější>.	cs
