Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na oblast kompetencí. Teoretická část obsahuje charakteris-tiku kompetencí, popis kognitivní složky kompetencí, dále se věnuje multikulturním kom-petencím, multikulturní výchově a dalším zdrojům, které přispívají k rozvoji kognitivních kompetencí. Na teoretické poznatky navazuje část praktická, která má formu kvantitativní-ho výzkumu a využívá didaktického testu s několika dotazníkovými otázkami. Cílem vý-zkumu je zjistit rozsah vědomostí o historii, kultuře, zvycích, symbolech, hodno-tách?romské menšiny u majoritní společnosti |

The thesis is focused on the competencies. The theoretical part contains characteristic competencies, a description of the cognitive components of competence, also deals the multicultural competencies, multicultural education and other resources that contribute to the development of cognitive skills. The theoretical knowledge followed by the practical part, which takes the form of quantitative research, and it uses a didactic test with several questionnaire questions. The aim of the research establish the extent of knowledge about the history, culture, customs, symbols, values the Roma minority in mainstream society. |
