Záměrem bakalářské práce na téma ?Institut vykázání a jeho důsledky v praxi? je popsat tuto problematiku z hlediska obecného vymezení pojmů, legislativy a její postupné začlenění do českého práva, kde je součástí třech vzájemně propojených pilířů. Dále přiblížit činnost jednotlivých orgánů, jejíž povinností mimo jiné je řešit i tuto problematiku a pomáhat ohroženým osobám. Mezi tyto orgány, které mají možnost řešit jednotlivé incidenty, patří Policie ČR, intervenční centra, soudy, a to na základě jejich vzájemné interdisciplinární spolupráce. Také se věnuje analýze spisového materiálu, která prezentuje výše popsané faktory v praktické rovině. Je zaměřena na jednu z možností řešení, a to soudní cestou. |

The topic of my Bachelor thesis is the ?Institute of exile and its consequences in practice?. Main aim of this thesis is to describe this issue from the perspective of the general definitons, legislation and the progressive integration into the Czech law, where it is a part of three interlinked pillars. Another aim is to explain the function of the individual authorities that are responsible for this issue and should help the endangered people. Among the authorities, which are committed to solve these incidents, belong the Police Czech Republic, courts, intervention centres. These authorities must collaborate. It also deals with the analysis of the file materials which present the factors mentioned above in practical terms. It focuses on one of the possible solutions ? the judicial way. |
