dc.description.abstract	Moje bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou řízení a rozhodování ve věcech nemocenského pojištění, dle platných právních předpisů v letech 2011 a 2012. Uvádím v ní základní podmínky nemocenského pojištění, které je ve smyslu českého právního řádu součástí systému sociálního zabezpečení. Obsahem bakalářské práce je bližší seznámení s celkovou problematikou řízení ve věcech nemocenského pojištění v oblasti platných právních předpisů a zhodnocení vybraných druhů řízení prováděných orgány nemocenského pojištění.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	My bachelor's thesis deals with the proceedings and decision taking regarding to the matters of health insurance in accordance with the valid regulations of law in the years 2011 and 2012. In the paper, I introduce the basic conditions of health insurance being, conformably to the Czech legislation, part of the system of social security. The subject of the thesis is to get to know more intimately with the problems of the control within the matters of health insurance in the sphere of valid regulations of law and the estimation of the selected types of the control provided by the health insurance authorities.	en
